Privacy notice

1. What this notice covers

This notice describes information handled by Nantel Flux when you view the public site, request a Workflow Repair Desk fit check, or proceed with an accepted project. It does not replace the privacy terms of your email provider, hosting provider, payment provider, n8n, or another third-party service you choose to use.

2. Information collected

The initial fit check asks only for your email address, n8n version, approximate node count, a description of the failure and expected result, and whether you can prepare sanitized inputs. Do not attach a workflow to the first email.

If a project is accepted, the minimum necessary business contact, transaction, scope, and sanitized project materials may be handled to deliver and document the service. Never provide credentials, passwords, tokens, cookies, payment-card data, personal data, execution history, webhook secrets, live customer records, production access, or sensitive business information.

The site does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting provider may process basic request information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site.

3. Why information is used

• Assess project fit, scope, and safety.
• Communicate about the request, payment status, delivery, clarification, or support.
• Prepare and deliver the agreed repair packet.
• Maintain necessary transaction, acceptance, security, dispute, and audit records.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.

Information is not sold or rented, and it is not used for unrelated advertising or mailing lists.

4. Service providers and location

Email, website hosting, and the verified payment provider used for an accepted project may process limited information on behalf of the service. Their infrastructure may operate outside Canada, where information can be subject to the laws of another jurisdiction. Information is disclosed only as needed to provide the service, protect rights and systems, process an authorized payment, or comply with law.

5. Retention and deletion

Fit-check and project information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the identified purpose and any required business, transaction, security, dispute, backup, or legal record. The intended project default is to delete local workflow working copies after delivery and the clarification round, on the schedule confirmed in writing. Deletion from email systems, provider systems, transaction records, or backups is separate and cannot be claimed unless verified.

6. Safeguards and your choices

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used according to the sensitivity of the information, but no email or storage method can be guaranteed perfectly secure. The safest approach is not to send sensitive material at all.

You may ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction, withdraw consent for optional handling, or request deletion where retention is not required. Identity and authority may need to be verified before responding.
