Nantel Flux · Workflow Repair Desk
Terms of service
These terms explain the proposed CAD 99 founding pilot, what is included, what you must provide, and where the service stops. The written project scope controls if it differs from this page.
Effective July 18, 2026 · Plain-language operating policy · Not represented as lawyer-reviewed
1. Service and fit check
Nantel Flux offers Workflow Repair Desk, a fixed-scope troubleshooting service for one failing path in one sanitized n8n workflow, covering up to three relevant nodes. Every request is subject to an initial fit and safety check. A request is not accepted until the scope, inputs, acceptance checks, price, and exclusions are confirmed in writing.
If the issue requires production access, a broad rebuild, unsupported custom nodes, regulated decision-making, platform-policy bypass, or work outside the stated safety boundary, the founding-pilot service may be declined.
2. Price and payment
The founding-pilot price is CAD 99 (Canadian dollars), paid once. This website has no public checkout and does not collect card information. After a successful fit check and written project acceptance, the CAD 99 payment link is supplied privately.
There is no subscription, automatic renewal, free trial, or recurring charge in the founding-pilot offer. Any expanded work requires a separate written scope and price.
3. Included deliverables
- Diagnosis of the agreed failing path.
- A versioned patched workflow JSON when a safe patch is appropriate.
- Offline structural inspection and isolated Code-node logic checks when applicable.
- Root-cause and change notes, rollback steps, and a client staging verification checklist.
- One clarification round about the delivered packet.
Offline evidence is not a live n8n runtime test. Production deployment, production monitoring, credential setup, and confirmation of downstream third-party behaviour are not included.
4. Proposed delivery target
The proposed target is delivery within 48 hours after all three conditions are met: payment is received, the project is accepted in writing, and complete sanitized inputs are received. The target is not an unconditional guarantee. Missing, unsafe, incomplete, or materially different inputs pause the clock while the scope is clarified.
5. Your responsibilities
- You must have authority to provide and modify the workflow.
- Remove credentials, API keys, tokens, cookies, personal data, execution history, webhook secrets, live customer records, and sensitive business information before submission.
- Provide synthetic or irreversibly redacted failure examples and retain an untouched original export.
- Import, review, test, and approve the patch in a safe staging environment before production use.
- Reconnect only your own credentials and validate downstream effects, permissions, retries, and duplicate-handling behaviour.
Do not send passwords, unsanitized exports, production access, payment-card data, or other secrets. Unsafe materials may be rejected or deleted without review.
6. Acceptance and limitations
The agreed acceptance checks are documented before payment and must be executed by you in staging. The service promises the stated deliverables, not a particular commercial outcome, uninterrupted automation, permanent compatibility, or error-free operation after third-party changes.
n8n and other third-party services control their own software, availability, licensing, and policies. Nantel Flux is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by n8n. Nothing on this site removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes, intellectual property, and records
A material change in scope requires written agreement before additional work. You retain ownership of the workflow and materials you provide. After full payment, you may use the bespoke delivered patch and notes for your own workflow. Nantel Flux retains its pre-existing tools, templates, general methods, and know-how; third-party components remain under their existing licences.
Handling of project materials follows the privacy notice and the written scope. Refunds and cancellations follow the refund policy.
8. Contact
Questions, fit checks, cancellations, privacy requests, or delivery concerns can be sent through the contact page. These terms may be updated for future projects; the version accepted in writing for an active project remains the relevant version for that project.
