Nantel Flux · Workflow Repair Desk

Refund and cancellation policy

The founding pilot is a one-time customized service. You may cancel for a full refund before work begins; after work begins, the completed work and delivery of the agreed scope determine the refund.

Effective July 18, 2026 · Plain-language operating policy · Not represented as lawyer-reviewed

1. Before work begins

You may cancel for a full refund before work begins. Work begins when Nantel Flux has confirmed project acceptance in writing, received payment and complete sanitized inputs, and started reviewing or modifying those inputs.

2. After work begins

Once work begins, refund requests are assessed fairly based on the portion of agreed work already completed and whether Nantel Flux failed to deliver the agreed scope. If the agreed scope cannot be delivered, the undelivered portion is refundable. A full refund may be appropriate when no usable agreed deliverable was provided.

A refund is not automatically owed solely because you change your mind after the agreed deliverables are completed, decline to perform the required staging checks, provide unsafe or materially incomplete inputs, or experience an unrelated third-party outage. This does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

3. How to cancel or request a refund

Email jnantelnodes@gmail.com with the subject “Cancellation or refund — Workflow Repair Desk.” Include the project reference and a short reason, but do not include workflow files, credentials, card details, or other secrets.

The request will be acknowledged as soon as reasonably practical. If a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method within five business days. The payment provider or bank may take additional time to post it.

4. No returns, shipping, or subscription cancellation

This is a remotely delivered service, so there are no physical returns or shipping charges. The founding pilot is one time and has no subscription or automatic renewal to cancel.
